Welcome to VouchGrove. These are the ground rules that keep the community honest and useful. By using the site, you agree to them.

Using the site

You must be at least 18 years old to post. You are responsible for the content you submit. Keep reviews truthful and based on your own genuine experience.

Content policy

Share honest, first-hand experiences. To keep VouchGrove fair and trustworthy, please don't post content that is:

• False, misleading, or a fake or incentivized review;
• Defamatory, harassing, threatening, or hateful;
• Private personal information about another person (such as a resident's unit, phone number, or workplace);
• Spam, advertising, or off-topic promotion;
• Unlawful, or infringing on someone else's rights.

Moderation and takedowns

Anyone can flag a post for review. Reports do not hide a post on their own: they move it up the queue a person reviews, and we remove content only when it breaks the rules above. We do it this way on purpose, so that a business cannot bury an honest review by reporting it. If something posted about you is unlawful or infringes your rights, contact us and we'll review a takedown request.

Public records

Some information on the site comes from public records and third-party sources. We label sources where we can, but we do not guarantee that public-record data is complete, current, or error-free. Verify anything important with the original source before relying on it.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
